Cove Mahjong (“the app”) is a Mahjong Solitaire game for iOS. It keeps your progress and your settings on your device, and there is no account to create. This page describes what the app stores and what its advertising involves.
The app writes a small set of values into its own private storage on your iPhone or iPad, inside the sandbox iOS gives it. No other app can read them:
That is all of it. The app never asks for your name, email address, contacts, location, photos or health data, and holds no permission to reach them. It carries no analytics or tracking code.
The free version is supported by ads from Google AdMob. The app does not promise you will see no ads. It promises every ad is announced first.
To place an ad, Google's SDK collects what it needs under Google's own policies: your IP address, general device and network information, and your consent choices. Ads are requested at the “General” content rating, so a 4+ game is never shown gambling or alcohol. Your progress, your board and your settings are not part of that: they stay on your device.
The app does not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not read your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).
Before the first ad, the app runs Google's User Messaging Platform to collect the consents your region requires. Decline, and Google serves non-personalised ads instead. Where consent management applies, Settings shows a Privacy Choices entry that reopens your options at any time.
Google's practices are described in Google's Privacy Policy and in “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.”
The Full Set is an optional one-time purchase that removes advertising and makes hints unlimited. Apple handles the payment through the App Store; your payment details and Apple ID are never seen by the app. The app records only that the purchase exists. Apple's side of the transaction is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Cove Mahjong is rated 4+ and made for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age where you live, and it needs no personal information to play. Ad content is capped at the “General” rating described above.
Your data sits on your device, so it is yours to remove: delete Cove Mahjong and your progress, saved boards, completed days and settings go with it. It is kept nowhere else, and it stays until you remove it.
Where the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA applies to you, you have rights to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because the data is on your device, you can act on those rights directly. For the advertising data Google handles, manage your consent in Settings and exercise your rights through Google.
If the way the app handles information changes, this page is revised and the date at the top updated.

Die kostenlose Version wird durch Werbung von Google AdMob finanziert. Die App verspricht nicht, dass Sie keine Werbung sehen. Sie verspricht, dass jede Anzeige vorher angekündigt wird.
Um eine Anzeige auszuliefern, erhebt Googles SDK nach Googles eigenen Richtlinien, was dafür nötig ist: Ihre IP-Adresse, allgemeine Geräte- und Netzwerkinformationen sowie Ihre Einwilligungsentscheidungen. Anzeigen werden mit der Inhaltsfreigabe „General“ angefordert, sodass einem Spiel ab 4 Jahren nie Glücksspiel- oder Alkoholwerbung gezeigt wird. Ihr Fortschritt, Ihr Spielfeld und Ihre Einstellungen gehören nicht dazu: sie bleiben auf Ihrem Gerät.
Die App zeigt keine App-Tracking-Transparenz-Abfrage und liest den Werbe-Identifier (IDFA) Ihres Geräts nicht aus.
Vor der ersten Anzeige führt die App Googles User Messaging Platform aus, um die in Ihrer Region erforderlichen Einwilligungen einzuholen. Lehnen Sie ab, liefert Google stattdessen nicht personalisierte Werbung aus. Wo eine Einwilligungsverwaltung gilt, zeigen die Einstellungen einen Eintrag Privacy Choices, über den Sie Ihre Optionen jederzeit erneut öffnen.

The Full Set ist ein optionaler einmaliger Kauf, der Werbung entfernt und Hinweise unbegrenzt macht. Die Zahlung wickelt Apple über den App Store ab; Ihre Zahlungsdaten und Ihre Apple-ID sieht die App nie. Sie hält lediglich fest, dass der Kauf besteht. Apples Seite der Transaktion unterliegt der Datenschutzerklärung von Apple.
Cove Mahjong ist ab 4 Jahren freigegeben und für ein allgemeines Publikum gemacht. Es richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren beziehungsweise das entsprechende Mindestalter an Ihrem Wohnort und benötigt zum Spielen keine personenbezogenen Daten. Werbeinhalte sind auf die oben beschriebene Freigabe „General“ begrenzt.
Ihre Daten liegen auf Ihrem Gerät, also können Sie sie selbst entfernen: Löschen Sie Cove Mahjong, und Fortschritt, gespeicherte Spielfelder, abgeschlossene Tage und Einstellungen gehen mit. Sie werden nirgends sonst aufbewahrt und bleiben, bis Sie sie entfernen.
Soweit die DSGVO oder der CCPA/CPRA für Sie gilt, haben Sie das Recht, auf Ihre personenbezogenen Daten zuzugreifen, sie zu berichtigen, zu löschen und zu übertragen sowie bestimmten Verarbeitungen zu widersprechen. Da die Daten auf Ihrem Gerät liegen, können Sie diese Rechte unmittelbar ausüben. Für die Werbedaten, die Google verarbeitet, verwalten Sie Ihre Einwilligung in den Einstellungen und üben Ihre Rechte über Google aus.

本アプリは、iOS が与えるサンドボックス内の専用領域に、以下のわずかな値を保存します。他のアプリがこれらを読み取ることはできません。
以上がすべてです。本アプリが氏名、メールアドレス、連絡先、位置情報、写真、健康データを求めることはなく、それらにアクセスする権限も持ちません。解析・トラッキング用のコードも含みません。
無料版は Google AdMob の広告で運営されています。本アプリは「広告が出ない」ことを約束するのではなく、「すべての広告を事前に予告する」ことを約束します。
広告を配信するため、Google の SDK は同社の方針に従い、必要な情報を収集します。IP アドレス、一般的な端末・ネットワーク情報、同意の選択内容です。広告は最大コンテンツレーティング 「General」 を指定して要求されるため、4歳以上向けの本ゲームにギャンブルや酒類の広告が表示されることはありません。進行状況、盤面、設定はその対象外で、端末内にとどまります。
本アプリは App Tracking Transparency の許可ダイアログを表示せず、端末の広告識別子（IDFA）も読み取りません。
最初の広告の前に、本アプリは Google の User Messaging Platform を実行し、お住まいの地域で必要な同意を取得します。同意されない場合、Google はパーソナライズされていない広告を配信します。同意管理が適用される地域では、設定に Privacy Choices の項目が表示され、いつでも選択内容を開き直せます。

The Full Set は、広告を取り除きヒントを無制限にする任意の買い切り購入です。決済は App Store を通じて Apple が処理し、決済情報や Apple ID を本アプリが見ることはありません。本アプリは購入が存在することだけを記録します。Apple 側の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシー の対象です。
Cove Mahjong は 4+ に分類される全年齢向けのゲームです。13歳未満（またはお住まいの地域における相当の最低年齢）のお子様を対象としたものではなく、プレイに個人情報を必要としません。広告内容は上記の「General」レーティングに制限されています。
データはお使いの端末内にあるため、削除もご自身で行えます。Cove Mahjong を削除すれば、進行状況、保存された盤面、達成した日、設定も一緒に消えます。他のどこにも保管されず、削除されるまで残ります。
GDPR や CCPA/CPRA が適用される場合、個人データへのアクセス・訂正・削除・移転を求める権利、および特定の処理に異議を申し立てる権利があります。データが端末内にあるため、これらの権利は直接行使できます。Google が扱う広告データについては、設定で同意を管理し、Google を通じて権利を行使できます。

Cove Mahjong («la app») es un juego de Mahjong Solitario para iOS. Tu progreso y tus ajustes se guardan en tu dispositivo, y no hay ninguna cuenta que crear. Esta página describe qué almacena la app y qué implica su publicidad.
La app escribe un pequeño conjunto de valores en su propio almacenamiento privado de tu iPhone o iPad, dentro del entorno aislado que le asigna iOS. Ninguna otra aplicación puede leerlos:
Eso es todo. La app nunca pide tu nombre, correo electrónico, contactos, ubicación, fotos ni datos de salud, y no tiene permiso para acceder a ellos. Tampoco incorpora código de analítica ni de seguimiento.
La versión gratuita se financia con anuncios de Google AdMob. La app no promete que no verás anuncios: promete que todo anuncio se avisa antes.
Para servir un anuncio, el SDK de Google recopila lo que necesita conforme a las políticas de Google: tu dirección IP, información general del dispositivo y de la red, y tus decisiones de consentimiento. Los anuncios se solicitan con la clasificación de contenido «General», de modo que a un juego para mayores de 4 años nunca se le muestra publicidad de juegos de azar ni de alcohol. Tu progreso, tu tablero y tus ajustes no forman parte de eso: permanecen en tu dispositivo.
La app no muestra la solicitud de App Tracking Transparency ni lee el identificador de publicidad (IDFA) de tu dispositivo.
Antes del primer anuncio, la app ejecuta la User Messaging Platform de Google para recabar los consentimientos que exige tu región. Si lo rechazas, Google servirá anuncios no personalizados. Donde corresponda la gestión del consentimiento, los ajustes muestran una entrada Privacy Choices que reabre tus opciones en cualquier momento.

The Full Set es una compra única opcional que elimina la publicidad y hace ilimitadas las pistas. Apple gestiona el pago a través del App Store; la app nunca ve tus datos de pago ni tu Apple ID. Solo registra que la compra existe. La parte de la transacción que corresponde a Apple se rige por la Política de Privacidad de Apple.
Cove Mahjong tiene clasificación 4+ y está hecho para el público general. No está dirigido a menores de 13 años, o la edad mínima equivalente donde residas, y no necesita información personal para jugar. El contenido publicitario está limitado a la clasificación «General» descrita más arriba.
Tus datos están en tu dispositivo, así que puedes retirarlos tú: elimina Cove Mahjong y con él se van tu progreso, los tableros guardados, los días completados y los ajustes. No se conservan en ningún otro sitio y permanecen hasta que los retires.
Cuando te sea aplicable el RGPD o la CCPA/CPRA, tienes derecho a acceder, rectificar, suprimir y portar tus datos personales, y a oponerte a determinados tratamientos. Como los datos están en tu dispositivo, puedes ejercer esos derechos directamente. Para los datos publicitarios que gestiona Google, administra tu consentimiento en los ajustes y ejerce tus derechos a través de Google.
