Overview
Todak Time is a subject-based focus timer app for anyone studying for exams.
Todak Time does not operate any developer servers. All data is stored solely on your device or in your personal iCloud account. The developer has no access to your data.
Information We Store
The following data is stored on your device:

¹ A device identifier (identifierForVendor) is stored solely to prevent data conflicts when syncing across devices via iCloud. It resets when the app is deleted and cannot be used to identify you personally.
All data is entered directly by you. The app does not collect data automatically or from external sources.
Information We Do Not Collect
Todak Time does not collect any of the following:
- Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Location data (GPS or IP-based)
- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- Browsing or search history
- Data from other apps
- Crash reports or diagnostic data
- Behavioral analytics (no analytics SDK)
- Social login information
iCloud Sync
If iCloud sync is enabled, your subjects, sessions, and schedules are synced across devices via your personal iCloud account.
- The developer cannot access synced data.
- Apple's CloudKit infrastructure is used, subject to the Apple Privacy Policy.
- iCloud sync can be disabled at any time in app settings.
- When disabled, data remains only on the local device.
In-App Purchases
Premium feature purchases are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store.
- Payment information is never shared with the developer.
- Purchase verification occurs only between Apple's servers and your device.
- Refunds are handled under Apple's refund policy.
Local Notifications
The app sends the following notifications when configured by you:
- Timer check-in reminders (at your chosen interval)
- Exam D-day countdown notifications
All notifications are generated on-device. No external server is involved. Notification permission can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings.
Third-Party Sharing
Todak Time does not sell, rent, or share user data with any third party.

All services are subject to the Apple Privacy Policy.
Data Retention & Deletion

No data is retained on developer servers, so no deletion request to the developer is necessary.
Children's Privacy
Todak Time does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since no personal identifiers are collected, the same level of protection applies to all users regardless of age.

Security
- On-device data is protected by iOS sandbox security.
- iCloud sync data is encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest.
- No developer server means no risk of server-side data breach.
Policy Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Significant changes will be noted in the app update release notes.
